Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. About These Terms

IndoorScore ("the App") is provided by Muhammad Nayani, a sole trader trading as ALIF Developers (ABN 33 615 170 425), based in Melbourne, Australia ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the App on the web, iOS or Android. By using the App, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Who Uses the App

  • Spectators can follow matches, leagues and tournaments without an account.
  • Scorers score matches using a password set by the match creator, tournament organiser or league.
  • League owners and admins sign in with Google to run a league. You must be at least 18 to run a league or buy a plan.

3. League Owners and Admins

You are responsible for your league, for the people you make admins, and for who you give a scorer or tournament password to. Anything they do in your league is treated as done on your league's behalf. Keep your Google account and these passwords secure, and tell us if you think someone has misused them.

4. Trial, Plans and Payment

  • Every new league gets a 14-day free trial, which starts automatically when the league is created. No card is needed.
  • Plans are bought per league and are paid by the league owner or an admin. Players never pay us. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Each plan is a one-off payment for a set period of access. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
  • The Lifetime plan gives a league access for as long as we operate the App. It is not a promise that the App will run for any minimum period.
  • When a trial or plan ends, the league locks: new matches and tournaments can't be created until a plan is bought. Existing matches and statistics stay viewable.

5. Refunds

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the App fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies that law provides, such as a refund or having the problem fixed.

6. Player Information and Your Content

  • League owners, admins and scorers enter the information in the App, including player names, photos, teams, scores and ratings. You keep ownership of what you enter.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display it so the App can work, including showing matches, statistics, leagues and tournaments publicly to anyone with or without an account.
  • You must have the right to enter it. Tell players that their names, photos and statistics will appear publicly. If you enter information about a child, you must have permission from their parent or guardian.
  • If you think information about you is wrong or shouldn't be shown, ask your league or email us.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • change, delete or falsify matches, leagues or data you have no authority over, even if the App technically lets you;
  • try to get around access limits or payments, or access accounts or systems that aren't yours;
  • post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
  • overload the App, or copy its data in bulk with automated tools.

8. Scores, Statistics and Ratings

Scores are entered by people and statistics and player ratings are calculated from them, so they can contain mistakes. They are provided for the enjoyment and running of your competition. We do not guarantee they are accurate, and you should not rely on them for betting or any financial decision.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the App running, but it depends on the internet and on third-party services, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you.

10. Our App

We own the App, including its software, design and the IndoorScore name. You may use it for running and following cricket competitions, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or the cost of a cancelled event, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected league in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Suspension and Ending Use

You can stop using the App at any time. To ask us to delete your account or league, email us. We may suspend or lock an account or league that breaks these terms or puts the App or other users at risk, and we will tell you where we reasonably can. Data we keep after that is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects a paid plan you already hold, we will tell you first. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live.
